Why the hell can he not come and buy us, if he buys them and spends shit loads as we know he will then it makes it even tougher for us.
We surely have to be a better option due to size of ground, fan base, location (especially) and the team we already have. Instead we get the Daves and their �30m to spend this summer, fucking depressing.

if i was a money wanker i'd speculate that should they do anything like his cousin did with the mancs, anything and everything newcastle will immediately be associated with their football brand.
they'd effectively be buying a city.

Anyone would just look at all the baggage that goes with buying West Ham.How many disputes have we had with the owners of the stadium.The fact they would be tied into another 96 years contract to play there and they will look elsewhere.

MTC tbh i think we are talking about a person so rich those things become a smooth process. London is too crammed with the sort he is, up in Newcastle they he have very little competition to become the regions hero/saviour.
Big playground is the North East and he’ll be the only one with the best toys. The media will fawn over him, Shearer and co won’t shut up giving him the adulation he’ll crave if he loads the he team with stars.

When City was purchased they too also didn’t own their stadium...they do now so I don’t think that’s going to be a huge stumbling block for these types of billionaires.

The funny thing is that the Dildoes really thought that moving to the OS would line their pockets and in time flog the club for a profit.
Whilst they have lined their pockets I cant see anyone stumping up the millions they want to buy a club that doesn't own its own ground and would require political involvement if they wanted to buy it.

The difference with Man City is that it was always planned for them to move in to that ground and it was an amicable process.
Anyone negotiating with a future owner of West Ham will no doubt play hard ball in order to right all of the wrongs perceived to be suffered by the taxpayers.

The other thing to remember is our owners, if they sell the club before 2020 I think it is, need to pay a percentage of the sale to lldc. After 2020 they pay nothing.

With our owners a top 7 finish is just a dream. With their sum of investment we will be in the level 3 of the premiership. As we all know they are in the bottom 3 in the owners league and they will make us the same.

It's not just about buying a club and paying out for top players. Man City have built an entire infrastructure that reaches out across the globe. Pep's winning side, are the tip of the spear for that club.You just have to see ManU spunk hundreds of millions on so call world class talent. And fall way behind.In the hope of putting it all together and thinking they have it cracked.This is now the blueprint. Even the rest of the elite see this. And are trying there hardest to trip City up.
I want the SPIVS gone. They have taken the club as far as they can. IF and when they do decide to ride off into the sunset. I hope they sell up to someone with the plan and vision the Man City owners have. And not a quick cash grab.?

We’ll do well to finish mid-table and avoid relegation each year.
Sullivan can’t take it forward. He knows this deep down, he’s not stupid.
